Please be aware of the following terms and conditions, which apply for ALL singing lessons. Your payment is accepted as confirmation of your agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Children and adult lessons are scheduled weekly in line with the Wiltshire school term time. Additional lessons outside of term times may be available by prior arrangement on an ad hoc basis.
• Lessons are invoiced in advance per 6 lessons.
• Payment for the full 6 lessons is due before the first lesson of the term/cycle commences. Failure to make payment will result in the student being withdrawn from lessons and the full fee for 6 lessons will be payable in lieu of notice.
• In the case of a student wishing to stop lessons, a minimum of half a term’s notice (minimum 6 lessons) must be given in writing by the beginning of the half-term cycle. In the case that notice is given part way through a half-term, then lessons will cease at the end of the following half-term period.
• Any lesson missed without prior notification and with less than 72 hours notice will be forfeited.
• Any lesson cancelled with more than 72 hours notice for feasible reasons (such as illness or an essential medical appointment that cannot be rearranged) will be made up within the term time where possible. If this is not possible, then there may be the option to make up the lesson during the school holidays, or otherwise it will be carried forward to the next term.
• In the case of a lesson missed due to my absence, best endeavours will be made to make the lesson up within the current term. In the case that this is not possible, then there may be the option to make up the lesson during the next school holiday period. If this is not possible a credit will be added to the next term’s invoice.
• Where necessary, I may purchase sheet music for students. This shall be agreed (in the case of children, with parents/guardians) in advance and the associated fees shall be invoiced as they occur during the term, with the invoice to be paid within 7 days. 
• Where desired, students may be entered for singing exams. Entry will be dependent on the students’ goals and whether or not I consider them ready to take the exam. In the run up to an exam additional lessons may be required to ensure the student is fully prepared. Children will only be entered for an exam after discussion and agreement with the parents/guardians. 
• All exam fees will be invoiced in advance and the student will only be entered into an exam once I have received the exam fee.
